SayPro: Documents Required from Employees
All SayPro employees are required to submit the following documents upon onboarding or as part of contractual compliance. These ensure alignment with SayPro’s values, legal standards, and data ethics policies.
✅ 1. Signed SayPro Employment Contract
- Details terms of employment, responsibilities, and compensation.
- Must be signed before the employee’s start date.
✅ 2. Signed SayPro Research Agreement
- Required for any employee involved in research, data collection, analysis, or publication.
- Covers:
- Confidentiality and IP protection
- Ethical research practices
- Data privacy compliance
- Consent and human subjects protocols
- Must be submitted before participating in any research-related activity.
✅ 3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Ensures protection of confidential information shared internally.
- Applies to all staff, contractors, and partners.
✅ 4. Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
- Confirms that the employee has read and agreed to SayPro’s professional behavior standards, anti-discrimination policies, and data ethics commitments.
✅ 5. Proof of Identity and Work Authorization
- Government-issued ID
- Residency or visa documentation (if applicable)
✅ 6. Banking and Tax Details
- Required for payroll setup and statutory reporting.
✅ 7. Technology & Security Policy Acknowledgement
- Confirms employee understanding of SayPro’s IT and cybersecurity policies (e.g., data handling, device use, password protocols).
