SayPro Report Submission to Management – Pre-Alignment Review Checklist


1.SayPro Finalize the Report

Before submission:

  • Ensure the report follows the SCRR-17 format
  • Double-check that it complies with:
    • Branding (logo, fonts, layout)
    • Accuracy (verified data, citations)
    • Relevance (goal-focused, stakeholder-driven)
  • Include all required sections:
    • Executive Summary
    • Core KPIs and Insights
    • Strategic Recommendations
    • Risks and Lessons Learned
    • Supporting Documents (appendices, data files)

📎 2.SayPro Label the Report Properly

Save using the correct file naming convention:

cssCopyEdit[Department]_Quarter[Number]_Alignment_Report_[MonthYear].pdf  
Example: Research_Quarter2_Alignment_Report_Jun2025.pdf

🌐 3.SayPro Submit via the SayPro Portal

  1. Log in to the SayPro Document Submission Portal
  2. Select:
    • Document Type: “Quarterly Alignment Report”
    • Recipient: “SayPro Management Review Group” or specified reviewer
  3. Upload your finalized file
  4. Enter a brief summary (e.g., “Q2 Report: Research Department insights, key metrics, and strategic input for alignment.”)
  5. Click Submit

📩 Save confirmation receipt or Submission ID for tracking.


4.SayPro Submission Deadline

  • Submit at least 3 working days before the scheduled Quarterly Alignment Review
  • Check internal calendar or contact your coordinator to confirm exact date/time

🔄 5.SayPro Be Prepared for Follow-Up

  • Management may request clarification or revision
  • Be ready to present or discuss the report during the alignment meeting
  • Keep a presentation summary slide or talking points handy
