Instructions

Each employee must prepare a categorized list of barriers, grouped into three core types:

  1. Physical Space Barriers – Barriers related to building structure, layout, and pathways.
  2. Equipment Barriers – Barriers caused by furniture, medical devices, or non-adaptive fixtures.
  3. Staff Training/Procedural Barriers – Situations where lack of staff knowledge or improper procedures lead to inaccessible experiences (relevant to physical access).
