SayPro Tasks to Be Done for the Period
Week 2: Extraction of First Batch of 100 Topics per Assigned Prompt
Objective:
Initiate the core research activity by extracting the first batch of 100 economic impact topics per assigned prompt using AI-assisted methodologies, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s quality and relevance standards.
SayPro Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Begin Prompt Execution
- Researchers start working on their assigned GPT prompts to extract comprehensive, relevant, and diverse sets of 100 economic impact topics per prompt.
- Ensure that AI tools are applied correctly and that output remains aligned with prompt objectives.
- Quality Assurance During Extraction
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
- Relevance to assigned sector or theme
- Topic clarity and uniqueness
- Compliance with SayPro topic structure and formatting
- Flag any outputs that are incomplete, redundant, or off-topic.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
- Peer Review and Light Validation
- Where applicable, collaborate with at least one other SayPro researcher to conduct a light peer review of extracted topics before submission.
- Make quick refinements or corrections based on peer suggestions.
- Use of Templates and Documentation Tools
- Record all outputs using the SayPro Topic Extraction Template (usually in XLSX or CSV format).
- Include prompt reference, researcher ID, and extraction date in all files.
- Submit First Batch to Database
- Upload the completed first batch of 100 topics per prompt to the designated SayPro Research Portal or shared folder.
- Notify the SayPro Research Coordinator upon submission.
- Document Feedback on Prompt Performance
- Begin drafting notes on the effectiveness of the prompt (e.g., clarity, quality of responses, challenges encountered).
- These notes will feed into Week 4’s refinement and review activities.
SayPro Expected Outcomes by End of Week 2
- Each researcher has submitted a minimum of 100 well-structured topics per assigned prompt
- Initial feedback is collected on prompt performance and usability
- Outputs are logged, stored, and tracked in the SayPro database
- Research process is actively monitored and supported by the coordination team
