SayPro Tasks to Be Done for the Period
Week 3: Data Upload, Preliminary Review, and Initial Feedback Collection
Objective:
Consolidate the first batch of extracted topics by uploading all data to SayPro’s centralized database, conduct a preliminary quality review, and gather initial feedback to guide subsequent improvements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Data Upload
- Researchers upload all extracted topic files from Week 2 (minimum 100 topics per prompt) to the official SayPro Research Portal or designated secure cloud repository.
- Ensure all files adhere to SayPro-approved formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF) and naming conventions.
- Confirm successful upload and accessibility.
- Preliminary Quality Review
- Research coordinators or designated reviewers perform a first-level audit of uploaded datasets focusing on:
- Completeness of submissions
- Consistency with formatting and template guidelines
- Relevance and accuracy of economic impact topics
- Identification of any obvious errors or duplications
- Research coordinators or designated reviewers perform a first-level audit of uploaded datasets focusing on:
- Initial Feedback Collection
- Collect structured feedback from reviewers, including:
- Noted strengths and weaknesses of the topic sets
- Observations on prompt efficacy based on the output quality
- Suggestions for refinement or re-prompting if necessary
- Collect structured feedback from reviewers, including:
- Researcher Self-Assessment
- Encourage researchers to submit a self-assessment report highlighting any challenges faced during extraction, preliminary quality issues noted, and proposed corrective measures.
- Coordination and Communication
- Consolidate feedback reports and share with research teams via the SayPro collaboration platform.
- Schedule brief virtual check-ins or feedback sessions to discuss preliminary findings and clarify next steps.
- Preparation for Refinement Phase
- Compile all feedback to inform the Week 4 prompt refinement and output improvement activities.
- Adjust timelines or resources as needed based on Week 3 insights.
Expected Outcomes by End of Week 3
- All Week 2 research outputs securely uploaded and accessible
- Initial quality review completed with actionable feedback documented
- Researchers engaged in feedback loops and self-assessment
- Clear communication established on improvement priorities for the upcoming week
- Foundation laid for prompt optimization and enhanced data quality
