SayPro Purpose of the SayPro Confidentiality NDA
The SayPro Confidentiality NDA is a legally binding document that ensures all individuals associated with SayPro agree to:
- Protect confidential and sensitive information
- Maintain discretion in professional dealings
- Prevent unauthorized sharing or misuse of SayPro’s intellectual property, data, and internal communications
This agreement is essential for protecting SayPro’s operations, beneficiaries, partners, and staff from potential breaches of trust or legal liability.
SayPro Scope of the Agreement
By signing the NDA, the individual agrees to the following:
1. Definition of Confidential Information
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of beneficiaries or clients
- Internal reports, project data, training materials
- Research findings or unpublished documents
- Financial records, budgets, and donor communications
- Strategic plans, systems, tools, or processes developed by SayPro
2. Obligation to Maintain Confidentiality
- Do not disclose any confidential information to unauthorized individuals or third parties
- Do not use SayPro information for personal gain or external purposes
- Keep all documents, files, and communications secure
- Report any breach or suspected leak to SayPro management immediately
3. Duration of Obligation
- The confidentiality obligation remains in effect during and after employment or service with SayPro
- Typically extends for a period of 2–5 years post-employment, or as defined in the agreement
4. Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidential information may be disclosed only:
- With written authorization from SayPro’s executive team
- When required by law (e.g., court order), and SayPro is informed in advance
5. Consequences of Breach
Violating the NDA can result in:
- Disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract
- Legal action, including claims for damages or injunctions
- Loss of trust and reputation within the organization
SayPro Signing and Submission Process
- Read the document carefully and seek clarification if needed.
- Sign and date the document (digitally or physically).
- Submit it to SayPro HR via:
- The SayPro Employee Portal, or
- Email: hr@saypro.online
- A signed copy will be filed in your personnel record.
SayPro When Is It Required?
- Upon joining SayPro as a staff member, intern, or volunteer
- Before starting any work involving sensitive data or internal systems
- Prior to being given access to confidential documents or software platforms
