SayPro Maintaining Team Alignment, Accountability, and Workflow Consistency
To promote effective collaboration, real-time updates, and operational transparency, all SayPro team members are expected to attend online daily SayPro check-ins.
1.SayPro Purpose of Daily Check-Ins
The daily check-in is a short, focused virtual meeting designed to:
- Ensure alignment on daily priorities and deliverables
- Share progress on active research tasks and GPT prompt outputs
- Identify blockers or support needs early
- Foster team communication and accountability
- Maintain momentum on key SayPro projects
2.SayPro Schedule and Format
- Time: Conducted daily, typically in the morning (time set per department/team)
- Duration: 15–30 minutes
- Platform: SayPro-approved virtual meeting tool (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or SayPro Portal)
- Frequency: Monday to Friday (or as specified by project lead)
3.SayPro Standard Agenda Format
- Quick Status Update:
- “What did you work on yesterday?”
- “What are you working on today?”
- “Are there any challenges or needs?”
- Priority Review:
- Confirm critical tasks or deadlines (e.g., GPT prompt execution, document uploads)
- Team Coordination Notes:
- Updates from other teams, shared resources, upcoming meetings
- Reminders and Announcements:
- Policy changes, event invites, weekly upload reminders
4.SayPro Attendance & Expectations
- Mandatory for all SayPro full-time research and operations staff unless pre-approved
- Arrive on time and come prepared with brief, clear updates
- Use designated templates or tracking tools to report task progress when required
- Active participation is expected; cameras on when appropriate
5.SayPro Documentation
- A summary or task tracker is maintained by the team lead or check-in facilitator
- Notes from the meeting may be logged into the SayPro Central Research System (SRS) for team-wide visibility
