The goal is to ensure users can efficiently search for, find, and utilize knowledgebase articles and resources without delays, errors, or confusion, thereby improving overall user support and learning effectiveness.


SayPro Scope of Testing

Testing will cover the following key aspects of the SayPro Knowledgebase:

  1. Search Functionality
    • Test keyword search accuracy and relevancy
    • Check autocomplete and search suggestion behavior
    • Evaluate search speed and results loading time
    • Validate filters (e.g., categories, date, popularity) and their effect on search results
  2. Content Quality & Accessibility
    • Verify article accuracy, relevance, and clarity
    • Check for broken links or outdated information within articles
    • Confirm articles open correctly on desktop and mobile devices
    • Test content formatting (headings, images, embedded media)
  3. User Interface & Navigation
    • Test ease of navigating categories, subcategories, and tags
    • Confirm breadcrumb trails and back navigation work as expected
    • Assess mobile responsiveness of the knowledgebase interface
  4. Performance Metrics
    • Monitor page load speeds across different devices and network speeds
    • Track responsiveness of interactive elements (e.g., expandable sections, feedback buttons)
    • Identify any timeouts, crashes, or errors during use
