The purpose of this structured testing activity is to evaluate and validate the complete user journeys across the SayPro public and member-facing websites. The goal is to ensure that users (learners, employees, partners, administrators) can navigate the site efficiently, access information with ease, and complete key actions without technical or usability issues.


SayPro Scope of Testing

Structured testing will focus on critical user paths, functionality checkpoints, and end-to-end usability from a real-world perspective. The testing should include both anonymous (public users) and authenticated (logged-in) experiences.

SayPro Testing Procedure

1. Pre-Test Setup

  • Confirm access to testing credentials or test accounts (if required).
  • Use the SayPro-specified browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and devices (Desktop + Mobile).
  • Download the SayPro Website Testing Template (if provided).

2. Follow a Structured Testing Script

  • Use assigned test cases or build one based on each journey (step-by-step).

  • Capture screenshots or screen recordings for all errors or friction points.

3. Evaluate Against Core Testing Criteria
