Objective:

To ensure clarity, consistency, and usability of research outputs by documenting findings and recommendations using standardized SayPro reporting templates.


Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Use SayPro Standard Templates
    • Prepare reports using officially approved SayPro documentation templates (e.g., Research Summary, Usability Report, Feedback Analysis).
    • Ensure all required sections—background, methodology, findings, analysis, and recommendations—are clearly completed.
  2. Document Research Findings
    • Accurately summarize data collected from product testing, feedback sessions, interviews, or surveys.
    • Include both quantitative and qualitative insights supported by examples or evidence where applicable.
  3. Provide Actionable Recommendations
    • Based on findings, suggest practical improvements to product design, testing protocols, user interface, or other relevant components.
    • Prioritize suggestions according to impact, feasibility, and alignment with SayPro’s innovation goals.
  4. Ensure Consistency and Professionalism
    • Maintain a professional tone and standardized formatting across all submissions.
    • Label documents clearly and ensure alignment with submission protocols and deadlines.
  5. Submit to the SayPro Research Office
    • Upload final reports to the designated SayPro platform or internal repository.
    • Notify relevant research leads or project managers upon submission.
  6. Maintain Records for Audits and Reviews
    • Archive submitted documents in accordance with SayPro’s knowledge management policies.
