To ensure alignment, transparency, and collaborative progress on all ongoing SayPro research initiatives by regularly engaging with the SayPro Research Team through structured weekly check-ins.


SayPro Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Attend Weekly Check-In Meetings
    • Join scheduled virtual or in-person check-ins with the SayPro Research Team.
    • Ensure punctuality and consistency in attendance to support continuity.
  2. Provide Progress Updates
    • Share updates on assigned tasks, pilot projects, or testing feedback you are involved in.
    • Highlight any issues, roadblocks, or resource needs that may impact deliverables.
  3. Review Research Insights
    • Discuss recent findings, research outcomes, and user feedback collected.
    • Engage in constructive dialogue on how insights can inform SayPro’s product, policy, or service development.
  4. Collaborate on Strategy Adjustments
    • Participate in discussions on adjusting testing or research strategies based on feedback loops or emerging priorities.
    • Contribute to decisions on shifting research focus or expanding areas of inquiry.
  5. Track Action Items and Next Steps
    • Document follow-up actions assigned during check-ins.
    • Ensure accountability by completing assigned tasks before the next session.
  6. Support a Feedback Culture
    • Provide feedback on the check-in structure, process efficiency, or areas of improvement for team collaboration.
