SayPro Confidentiality and Data Use Agreement
1.SayPro Introduction
This Confidentiality and Data Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

2.SayPro Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to protect confidential information and ensure the responsible use of data accessed during the course of work or service with SayPro. This includes personal data, organizational data, programmatic data, and any proprietary information.
3.SayPro Confidential Information Includes (but is not limited to):
- Personal information of beneficiaries, clients, staff, or partners
- Internal reports, strategies, policies, and documents
- Project plans, proposals, and evaluation reports
- Financial data and operational procedures
- Any unpublished materials developed within SayPro
4.SayPro Obligations of the Signatory
The undersigned agrees to:
- Not disclose any confidential or sensitive data to unauthorized individuals or third parties.
- Use SayPro data and systems only for tasks relevant to their official responsibilities.
- Safeguard access credentials (e.g., passwords, files, devices).
- Immediately report any known or suspected breaches of confidentiality.
- Return or delete any SayPro-related data in possession upon termination of the agreement or role.
5.SayPro Data Use Provisions
- Data obtained through SayPro must not be altered, shared, or used for personal gain.
- Any research, publications, or presentations involving SayPro data must be pre-approved in writing by the designated authority.
- Data will only be used for the purpose for which access was granted.
6.SayPro Duration of Confidentiality
This obligation remains in force:
- During the period of engagement with SayPro, and
- For 5 years after termination of employment, contract, or volunteer service, unless otherwise specified by law.
7.SayPro Breach and Consequences
Any breach of this agreement may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment or contract, and/or legal action as deemed appropriate by SayPro and in accordance with national data protection regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR where applicable).
8.SayPro Acknowledgement and Signature
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms of this Confidentiality and Data Use Agreement. I commit to upholding the privacy, integrity, and security of all SayPro-related information I may encounter in my role.
