    4. Obligations of the Participant/Researcher

    • Maintain strict confidentiality of all Confidential Information.

    • Secure all data and materials against unauthorized access.
    • Comply with all applicable ethical research guidelines, including respect for privacy, informed consent, and non-maleficence.

    5. Ethical Research Compliance
