To ensure all research activities conducted by SayPro employees are documented uniformly using official templates. This promotes consistency, comparability, and clarity across departments and enables efficient collaboration, decision-making, and archiving.
📋 Required Templates to Complete
Each research project or activity must include relevant insights recorded in the following standardized templates:

🛠️ Formatting Guidelines
All templates must adhere to the following formatting rules:
- Font: Calibri or Arial, size 11 or 12
- Headers: Bolded, consistent use of H1, H2, and H3 styles
- Tables & Charts: Clearly labeled with source references if applicable
- Data Fields: Fully completed, no placeholders or blank sections
- Versioning: File name must indicate version (v1, v2, Final, etc.)
- File Format: Editable (DOCX, XLSX, CSV preferred), or export to PDF for final submissions
- Visuals: Insert only high-resolution graphics, kept relevant and captioned
- Citations: Use APA format or SayPro internal referencing style for all external references

📬 Submission Process
- Review: Ensure template is fully filled, formatted correctly, and reviewed internally.
- Upload: Save to SayPro’s Internal Document Repository > SCRR-21 > Templates Folder.
- Log Entry: Record the submission in the SayPro Submission Tracking Sheet (Google Sheet or SharePoint).
- Notify: Email confirmation to SayPro Research Royalty and Project Oversight Leads with file link and brief summary.
