📤 Uploading Templates & Session Notes on SayPro Website
1. Prepare Files for Upload
- Ensure all files (templates, notes, reports) are finalized, named clearly, and saved in accessible formats (e.g., DOCX, XLSX, PDF).
- Recommended naming convention:
SayPro_[DocumentType]_[Month]_[Year].pdf
Example:SayPro_FocusGroupAgenda_Jan2025.pdf
2. Access SayPro Website Admin Portal
- Log in with your authorized SayPro Research Royalty credentials.
- Navigate to the Research Resources or SCRR Document Repository section (or the designated file upload area).
3. Upload Files
- Click Upload New Document or similar.
- Select files from your device.
- Add relevant metadata:
- Title (e.g., SayPro Focus Group Agenda – January 2025)
- Description (brief purpose and usage instructions)
- Tags/Keywords (e.g., SCRR, Focus Groups, January 2025)
- Access Level (Public/Internal/Restricted) – set according to document sensitivity.
4. Verify Uploads
- After uploading, preview documents online to confirm formatting is intact.
- Check download links and access permissions by testing with a user or a colleague account.
5. Notify Stakeholders
- Send a short update or newsletter to relevant teams (research, product, management) with links to new resources.
- Optionally, add a banner or announcement on the SayPro portal homepage.
Optional: Automate Uploads for Recurring Reports
- Use SayPro’s CMS bulk upload or API integration if available for faster document management.
- Schedule regular uploads (monthly) with reminders and version control.
