📘 Document Title: Peer Review of Identified Barriers and Proposed Solutions
Applies To: All SayPro field teams and data contributors
Purpose: Enhance data accuracy and encourage collaboration by requiring staff to review one another’s findings before final submission.
✅ Objectives of Peer Review
- Verify that all identified barriers are realistic, specific, and categorized correctly
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and actionable
- Share constructive feedback and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Promote a culture of accuracy and shared responsibility across the SayPro platform
🧭 Review Process Overview
🔹 Step 1: Receive Peer Assignment
- Each employee will be assigned 1–2 peer reports to review
- Assignments are managed via the SayPro Peer Review Tracker
🔹 Step 2: Use the Review Checklist
While reviewing a peer’s barrier list and solutions, check for the following:
🔍 Barrier Review Questions
- Is the barrier description clear and specific?
- Is the correct category selected (Physical Space, Equipment, Staff Training)?
- Are any barriers duplicated or vague?
- Are any barriers non-physical and should be removed?
✅ Solution Review Questions
- Does the proposed solution directly address the barrier?
- Is the solution realistic for the facility context?
- Are timeframes and cost levels reasonably estimated?
🔹 Step 3: Provide Constructive Feedback
Use the SayPro Peer Review Form or comment directly in shared documents. Feedback should:
- Be specific (e.g., “Consider reclassifying this as ‘equipment’ rather than ‘space’.”)
- Suggest improvements (e.g., “Can you clarify what type of signage is needed?”)
- Flag missing or inaccurate entries
🔹 Step 4: Submit Review Form
- Submit the completed peer review via: www.saypro.online/scrr-33/peer-review
- Deadline: 3 business days after receiving assignment
- You may optionally join a review discussion session (held weekly via Zoom)
