Purpose: Ensure standardized and accurate entry of identified accessibility barriers into the SayPro database.
✅ Step-by-Step Data Entry Process
🔹 Step 1: Complete the Barrier Identification Template
Before uploading, ensure that the following fields are filled out for each barrier:

✅ Use dropdowns in the Excel template to ensure valid inputs.
🔹 Step 2: Verify for Accuracy & Completeness
- Double-check:
- Spelling and grammar
- Correct category tags (Physical Space, Equipment, Staff Training)
- Dates and facility names
- No duplicate barrier descriptions
- Validate solution fields are clear and realistic
✅ Use SayPro’s “Validation Checklist” before uploading.
🔹 Step 3: Access the SayPro Database Portal
- Go to: https://saypro.online/scrr-33/submit
- Log in with your SayPro employee credentials
- Navigate to: Data Entry → Barrier Log Upload
🔹 Step 4: Upload Your Template
- Click “Upload Barrier List”
- Select your completed Excel (.xlsx or .csv) or Google Sheets export
- Use the auto-check tool to detect missing or invalid entries
🔒 All data is encrypted and securely stored on SayPro’s server.
🔹 Step 5: Confirm Upload and Record Submission
After upload:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Submission ID
- Save this ID for reference or in case corrections are requested
🧾 Reminders for Accurate Data Entry
- Use the official SayPro template only
- Categorize each barrier as:
- 🟩 Physical Space
- 🟨 Equipment
- 🟥 Staff Training
- Do not include personal or patient information in any field
- Barriers should be based on real findings or validated AI-generated entries
