1. Report Contents
The final report must include the following key sections:

- High-level overview of the research scope and goals
- Total number of facilities assessed
- Summary of top 10 most common barriers
- General trends observed (e.g., recurring regional or facility-type issues)
📌 B. Methodology
- Description of data collection tools used (SayPro prompts, checklist templates, site walkthroughs, etc.)
- Teams or individuals involved in the research
- Timeline and geographic coverage of the assessments
📌 C. Detailed Findings
- Categorized lists of physical barriers (by type, facility area, and user group affected)
- Supporting visuals (charts, graphs, heatmaps) generated from SayPro’s analysis tools
- Excerpts from surveys or field notes (optional but recommended)
- Barrier frequency statistics (e.g., “78% of clinics lacked ramp access at entrance”)
📌 D. Recommendations for Improvement
- Proposed solutions for each major barrier identified
- Short-term fixes vs. long-term structural improvements
- Compliance guidance based on ADA or local accessibility standards
- Suggestions for prioritizing high-risk barriers
📌 E. Supporting Documentation (Annexes)
- Full barrier lists (100 per prompt, where applicable)
- Facility assessment checklists
- Photographic documentation or diagrams
