To maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment across research activities, all SayPro researchers and analysts are required to submit weekly progress reports to the designated SayPro Research Coordinator. These reports provide structured updates on tasks, findings, challenges, and next steps, ensuring smooth project execution and timely decision-making.
SayPro Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Weekly Reports Promptly
- Compile a concise but comprehensive overview of activities conducted during the week.
- Include updates on:
- Research tasks completed
- Topic generation and validation progress
- Data collected or analyzed
- Issues encountered and support needed
- Planned actions for the following week
- Use the Official Reporting Template
- Format reports using the standard SayPro weekly progress report template.
- Follow guidelines for structure, section headers, formatting, and document naming conventions.
- Maintain Accuracy and Clarity
- Ensure that all entries are factual, complete, and clearly written.
- Avoid vague descriptions and include specific metrics or deliverables where applicable (e.g., “Extracted 100 topics for agriculture sector”).
- Submit Reports on Time
- Deliver weekly reports to the SayPro Research Coordinator by the designated deadline (e.g., every Friday by 4:00 PM).
- Upload reports to the appropriate shared folder or submission platform as directed.
- Participate in Follow-Up Discussions
- Be available for any clarifications, feedback, or check-in meetings requested by the Research Coordinator.
