1. Prepare the Report Document

2. Review & Approval
- Submit the draft to the SayPro Research Royalty Office or line manager.
- Complete 1 Peer Review using the SayPro Peer Review Template.
- Apply any feedback received.
3. Format for Web Publishing
- Convert the final report into:
- PDF version for download.
- HTML summary version for web reading.
- Ensure layout matches SayPro branding (fonts, logos, colors).
4. Upload via SayPro Platform
- Go to the SayPro Admin Portal.
- Navigate to:
Content Management > Publications > Research Summaries
- Upload:
- PDF version under “Downloads”
- HTML text under “Web Article Body”
