  • Review Agenda: Go through the meeting agenda and highlight areas relevant to your work.

  • Actively Listen: Focus on managerial feedback, project updates, and suggestions.
  • Ask Clarifying Questions: Ensure full understanding of expectations or action points.
  • Take Notes:
    • Key feedback from management
    • Action items or assignments
    • Suggestions for improvement
    • Any deadlines or follow-up requirements

📝 After the Meeting:

  • Document Feedback in the official SayPro Feedback Log Template or meeting minutes.
  • Summarise Key Points: Clearly outline what was discussed and the next steps.
  • Submit Documentation via the SayPro online platform under the “Internal Reviews” section.
  • Apply Feedback: Integrate feedback into your assigned tasks or research activities.
