- System usage analytics or ratings (if integrated into SayPro platform)
✅ 2. Use Approved Template for Dashboard
Use the SayPro Satisfaction Dashboard Template, which typically includes:
📊 Dashboard Sections:
- Overall Satisfaction Score (0–100 or 1–5 scale)
- Service/Program Categories (e.g., Training, Support, Materials)
- Satisfaction Trends Over Time
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Top Issues & Suggested Improvements
- Demographic Filters (age, location, service type, etc.)
✅ 3. Input and Visualize Data
Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI (as permitted by SayPro)
Use the following visualizations:
- Bar graphs: Satisfaction by category
- Line graphs: Trends over time
- Pie charts: Distribution of responses
- Heatmaps: Regional satisfaction levels (if geo data is available)
✅ 4. Include Interpretation Section
Add a summary section in the dashboard to:
- Highlight satisfaction gaps
- Showcase improvements over time
- Provide insight-driven recommendations
✅ 5. Upload to SayPro Platform
Once completed:
- Save as PDF and spreadsheet format.
- Name your file using the correct format:
Satisfaction_Dashboard_[Month]_[Year]_YourName
- Upload to the SayPro internal system under the Dashboard Reports or Satisfaction Analysis section.
