To support the continuous improvement of SayPro’s products and services by actively participating in structured testing activities and submitting detailed, accurate feedback through the SayPro online system.

1. Access and Navigate SayPro Online Testing Platform
   • Log in to the official SayPro platform using assigned credentials.
   • Access assigned product(s) or feature(s) scheduled for testing.
2. Conduct Product Testing
   • Follow provided testing guidelines or test scripts for structured evaluations.
   • Explore functionalities from a user perspective to identify strengths, issues, or inconsistencies.
   • Evaluate usability, performance, design, and user experience.
3. Document and Submit Feedback
   • Use SayPro’s digital feedback forms or reporting tools to submit insights.
   • Report any bugs, errors, or user experience issues in a clear and detailed manner.
   • Suggest improvements or enhancements based on your user experience.
4. Maintain Timeliness and Accuracy
   • Submit all feedback within the required timeframes.
   • Ensure that all submissions are honest, objective, and based on actual test interactions.
5. Participate in Follow-Up (if applicable)
   • Respond to follow-up questions or clarification requests from the SayPro Research Team.
   • Retest updated versions of the product based on initial feedback.
