Position Overview
The Research Stakeholder Presenter (SCRR-6) plays a critical role in delivering survey findings and actionable insights to key stakeholders, ensuring the results are clearly communicated, understood, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves translating complex research data from the SayPro SCRR-6 survey into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions. The presenter will interact directly with clients, senior leaders, and project teams to effectively communicate findings and facilitate discussions around the implications of the research.
Key Responsibilities
1. Present Research Findings to Stakeholders
- Lead the presentation of SCRR-6 survey findings to clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication of research results and insights.
- Translate complex research data and statistical findings into easy-to-understand visuals, reports, and presentations tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations for different business units (marketing, product development, strategy, etc.), explaining key findings, trends, and insights.
- Ensure alignment between research findings and strategic business goals during the presentation.
- Address stakeholder questions, concerns, and provide in-depth clarifications when required.
2. Develop and Customize Presentations
- Create and customize high-quality presentations using SayPro’s approved templates and design guidelines, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and format.
- Collaborate with the research team to understand the context and goals of the survey before tailoring presentation content.
- Highlight key insights and actionable recommendations to inform business strategies, particularly in areas such as product development, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into presentations and future research initiatives.
- Facilitate interactive sessions where stakeholders can ask questions and discuss implications of the survey results.
- Guide stakeholders in decision-making processes, helping them prioritize actions based on research findings.
- Collaborate with other departments (research, analytics, marketing) to refine insights and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
4. Analyze and Interpret Data
- Work closely with the research team to analyze and interpret survey results, identifying trends, consumer behaviors, and market opportunities.
- Ensure that data analysis is presented in a clear, concise, and actionable format, enabling stakeholders to quickly identify key takeaways and make informed decisions.
- Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with business objectives and provide stakeholders with clear, actionable steps.
5. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
- Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to improve the clarity, effectiveness, and impact of presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and emerging market research tools to continuously enhance the delivery of research findings.
- Mentor and support junior team members in preparing presentations and interpreting research data.
- Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions to further develop presentation and data interpretation skills.
6. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of stakeholder feedback, presentation materials, and research findings for future reference.
- Track the impact of research findings on business decisions, identifying key successes and areas for improvement in future presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Data Science, Economics, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presenting market research findings to senior executives or external clients.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and experience working with survey-based data (SCRR-6 survey experience is highly desirable).
- Proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact presentations to diverse audiences.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other industry-standard tools).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
