Official Statement:
All individuals participating in SayPro research activities—whether as learners, facilitators, community members, or institutional stakeholders—are required to sign the SayPro Research Consent Form prior to any engagement involving data collection, interviews, assessments, recordings, or observation.
The signed consent form serves as a formal acknowledgment of the participant’s informed agreement to:
- Voluntarily participate in SayPro’s research and data-gathering processes.
- Understand the purpose, scope, and intended use of the research being conducted.
- Permit the use of their anonymized data for analysis, reporting, and publication aligned with SayPro’s ethical standards.
- Withdraw at any time without consequence.
- Consent to audio/visual recordings (where applicable), strictly for research and documentation purposes.

- Participant Information & Research Description
- Confidentiality & Data Protection Clause (POPIA & GDPR aligned)
- Voluntary Participation Statement
- Rights of Withdrawal
- Signatures of Participant and Research Official
- Date and Location of Consent
Process and Recordkeeping:
- Form Format: Digital and Paper (Available in English and local languages)
- Storage: Secure SayPro Research Vault (Encrypted & Access-Controlled)
- Retention Period: Minimum 5 years (per ethical research guidelines)
- Verification: Required before inclusion of any participant data in SayPro reports, publications, or AI-model analysis.
