- Verify session records (dates, themes, attendance, and outcomes) are complete and up to date.
Step 3: Add New Data
- Input new participant details from recent recruitment or focus groups.
- Enter data from the latest focus group sessions including:
- Attendance lists
- Session notes or transcripts
- Participant feedback summaries
- Key insights and action items
Step 4: Clean the Database
- Remove duplicate or outdated records.
- Update any changed participant information (e.g., contact updates).
- Flag inactive participants or those who opted out.
Step 5: Organize and Categorize
- Tag participants by relevant criteria (e.g., demographics, purchase behavior, engagement level).
- Categorize focus group sessions by theme, date, or research cycle.
Step 6: Backup and Secure
- Regularly back up the database to prevent data loss.
- Ensure data confidentiality protocols are strictly followed in line with SayPro guidelines.
- Limit access to authorized personnel only.
Step 7: Report Updates
- Provide periodic status reports on database integrity and updates to the SayPro research management team.
