SayPro Task: Submit Weekly Progress Updates via SayPro Tracking Sheet (STS-01)
SayPro Objective
To maintain clear communication, monitor project advancement, and identify any challenges early, all SayPro researchers and team members are required to submit weekly progress updates using the SayPro Tracking Sheet (STS-01).
SayPro Purpose
- Provide a structured overview of ongoing research activities, milestones achieved, and pending tasks.
- Facilitate project management and resource allocation through up-to-date status reporting.
- Support timely interventions and support where delays or issues arise.
- Enable SayPro leadership to assess overall progress and plan next steps effectively.
SayPro Submission Process
- Access the STS-01 Form:
- Download or open the latest version of the SayPro Tracking Sheet (STS-01) from the SayPro portal.
- Complete Required Fields:
- Project Name and Code
- Researcher Name and Role
- Reporting Week (Start and End Dates)
- Key Activities Completed
- Milestones Achieved
- Challenges or Risks Encountered
- Support Needed or Recommendations
- Next Week’s Planned Activities
- Review for Accuracy:
- Ensure all information is accurate, clear, and concise.
- Attach any supporting documents or links if relevant.
- Submit the Tracking Sheet:
- Upload the completed STS-01 form to the designated folder on the SayPro portal before the weekly deadline (e.g., every Friday by 5 PM).
- Confirm submission by checking for system acknowledgment or notifying the project coordinator.
SayPro Compliance
- Weekly updates are mandatory for all active SayPro projects.
- Failure to submit updates on time may affect project evaluations and support.
