SayPro Tasks to be Done — January Period
1.SayPro Research Development and Data Collection
- Finalize research topics and approve project proposals for January submissions
- Conduct primary and secondary data collection as per ongoing projects
- Update and enrich the SayPro Economic Research Repository with new datasets
- Begin data cleaning and preliminary analysis for projects slated for Q1 reporting
- Collect and log daily fieldwork activities using the SayPro Daily Research Logbook Entry (Template)
2.SayPro Training and Capacity Building
- Organize and deliver AI tools training workshop for SayPro participants (focus: GPT and other research automation tools)
- Conduct refresher sessions on SayPro research methodology and ethical compliance
- Develop training materials and quick guides on research royalty revenue system basics
- Launch mentorship program for junior researchers and interns starting in January
3.SayPro Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure all SayPro researchers submit signed Research Contributor Agreements (Template #RA01)
- Review and update ethics declarations and consent forms for new projects (Template #ECD01)
- Complete and archive Final Study Submissions for projects concluding in December (Template #FSS01)
- Audit compliance documentation for all active projects
4.SayPro Publication and Dissemination
- Prepare SayPro Monthly January SCRR-12 Research Case Studies report for internal circulation
- Finalize and publish policy briefs and economic impact studies from recent projects
- Update SayPro digital research marketplace with newly licensed content
- Plan and schedule dissemination webinars or roundtables for key stakeholders
5.SayPro Strategic and Revenue Activities
- Develop framework and pilot for SayPro’s Research Royalty Revenue System
- Identify and engage potential partners and sponsors for co-publication opportunities
- Analyze revenue streams and prepare monthly financial summary for research royalties
- Review and refine pricing models for access to SayPro premium research products
6.SayPro Administrative and Coordination
- Hold monthly SayPro research coordination meeting to review progress and challenges
- Update project management tools and assign responsibilities for ongoing tasks
- Prepare internal reports for SayPro leadership on January research outcomes and challenges
- Coordinate with IT for system maintenance and improvements to research data platforms
7.SayPro Miscellaneous
- Collect feedback from SayPro researchers and stakeholders on January workflows and tools
- Plan improvements for February based on lessons learned in January
- Organize team-building or motivation sessions to encourage collaboration and innovation
