🔹 Content Requirements:

  • Full text output generated by GPT prompts per assigned research cycle or task.
  • Metadata including:
    • Date and time of prompt execution.
    • Prompt text used.
    • Employee identifier (name or ID).
  • Any notes or annotations relevant to output quality or validation status.
  • File format: Preferably PDF, DOCX, or structured TXT files.
  • Filename convention:
    GPTOutput_[EmployeeName]_[TaskID]_[Date].pdf
    (e.g., GPTOutput_JSmith_SCRR22_20250615.pdf)
