🔹 Content Requirements:
- Full text output generated by GPT prompts per assigned research cycle or task.
- Metadata including:
- Date and time of prompt execution.
- Prompt text used.
- Employee identifier (name or ID).
- Any notes or annotations relevant to output quality or validation status.
- File format: Preferably PDF, DOCX, or structured TXT files.
- Filename convention:
GPTOutput_[EmployeeName]_[TaskID]_[Date].pdf

)
