To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the SayPro Monthly Market Sizing Report (SCRR-5), all employees involved in the SayPro Market Sizing and Forecasting Research Office are required to engage in structured, proactive data collection efforts. This is critical to maintaining the analytical rigor of SayPro’s research standards under the SayPro Research Royalty framework.

- Data Accuracy & Verification: Ensure all collected data is sourced from verified, credible platforms. Use at least two points of validation for any new insights.
- Timeliness: Complete initial data-gathering phase by 30 June 2025, to allow for analysis integration in SCRR-5 Final Edition.
- Documentation: All raw data must be logged in the SayPro Research Cloud Drive using the June 2025 Market Sizing Template.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with field officers, digital analytics teams, and partner organizations for cross-validated inputs.
