📌 SayPro Task: Topic Extraction via GPT Prompts
Objective: Generate a list of 100 physical barriers to healthcare access using predefined GPT-powered prompts on the SayPro platform.
✅ Overview of Task
- Purpose: Identify and extract common physical accessibility barriers found in healthcare facilities using AI-generated guidance.
- Platform: SayPro Research & Data Collection Portal (GPT-enabled)
- Participants: Employees, interns, or field researchers
- Tools Required: SayPro GPT Prompt Interface, data entry forms, facility access (in person or virtual audit)
✅ Instructions for Employees
- Log into the SayPro Research portal.
- Open the “GPT Barrier Extraction” module.
- Work through each of the predefined prompts below by engaging GPT in a conversation.
- Record all unique physical barriers generated or validated.
- Ensure responses are sorted into the appropriate category.
🧠 GPT Prompts for Topic Extraction (Grouped by Theme)
🔹 Prompt Group 1: Building Entry & Outdoor Access (1–20)
Prompt: “List physical obstacles someone with a disability might face when trying to enter a healthcare facility from outside.”
Expected Topics: Missing ramps, heavy doors, steps without railings, poor lighting, high thresholds, uneven walkways, etc.
🔹 Prompt Group 2: Parking & Drop-off (21–40)
Prompt: “What parking and drop-off related issues can limit physical access to healthcare buildings?”
Expected Topics: Lack of disabled parking, far distances to entrances, absence of curb cuts, unsafe crosswalks, etc.
🔹 Prompt Group 3: Internal Navigation (41–60)
Prompt: “What barriers might someone in a wheelchair or with mobility difficulties face inside a healthcare facility?”
Expected Topics: Narrow corridors, blocked pathways, no handrails, stairs with no alternative, inadequate elevators, etc.
🔹 Prompt Group 4: Waiting & Restroom Areas (61–80)
Prompt: “Identify barriers in waiting areas, restrooms, or public service zones that may affect physical access.”
Expected Topics: Inaccessible toilets, no grab bars, high sinks, non-adjustable chairs, crowded waiting rooms, etc.
🔹 Prompt Group 5: Clinical & Emergency Settings (81–100)
Prompt: “What physical limitations in examination rooms or emergency areas could hinder care for patients with disabilities?”
Expected Topics: Fixed-height beds, small exam rooms, lack of hoists or lifts, poor emergency signage, obstructed exits, etc.
✅ Recording Format (for Submission)
ID | Category | Barrier Description | Facility Type Observed | Date Identified | Photo/Evidence (Y/N) |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
001 | Entry & Outdoor Access | No wheelchair ramp at main entrance | Public Clinic | 2025-06-05 | Yes |
002 | Parking & Drop-off | Disabled parking space lacks curb cut | District Hospital | 2025-06-07 | No |
… | … | … | … | … | … |
✅ Final Output Goal
- A structured list of 100 physical barriers, categorized into 5 groups (20 per group)
- Each item must be unique, clearly described, and field-verified or prompt-validated
✅ Submission Checklist
- All 100 barriers logged in SayPro form
- GPT prompt logs attached (auto-captured by platform)
- Photos or notes uploaded (if applicable)
- Report exported as Excel or PDF
- Categories clearly marked
- Duplicate checks performed
🗂️ Optional Add-ons
- Add a “severity score” or “urgency rating” to each barrier
- Tag barriers that violate legal standards (e.g., local accessibility codes)
- Use SayPro’s GPT Summary tool to create a brief report per category
