📌 SayPro Task: Topic Extraction via GPT Prompts

Objective: Generate a list of 100 physical barriers to healthcare access using predefined GPT-powered prompts on the SayPro platform.


Overview of Task

  • Purpose: Identify and extract common physical accessibility barriers found in healthcare facilities using AI-generated guidance.
  • Platform: SayPro Research & Data Collection Portal (GPT-enabled)
  • Participants: Employees, interns, or field researchers
  • Tools Required: SayPro GPT Prompt Interface, data entry forms, facility access (in person or virtual audit)

Instructions for Employees

  1. Log into the SayPro Research portal.
  2. Open the “GPT Barrier Extraction” module.
  3. Work through each of the predefined prompts below by engaging GPT in a conversation.
  4. Record all unique physical barriers generated or validated.
  5. Ensure responses are sorted into the appropriate category.

🔹 Prompt Group 1: Building Entry & Outdoor Access (1–20)

Prompt: “List physical obstacles someone with a disability might face when trying to enter a healthcare facility from outside.”

Expected Topics: Missing ramps, heavy doors, steps without railings, poor lighting, high thresholds, uneven walkways, etc.


🔹 Prompt Group 2: Parking & Drop-off (21–40)

Prompt: “What parking and drop-off related issues can limit physical access to healthcare buildings?”

Expected Topics: Lack of disabled parking, far distances to entrances, absence of curb cuts, unsafe crosswalks, etc.


🔹 Prompt Group 3: Internal Navigation (41–60)
