All employees participating in the June SCRR-33 initiative must compile and submit structured documentation that captures their research findings. This ensures uniformity, clarity, and effective analysis across all SayPro submissions.


1. SayPro List of Barriers

Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive and categorized list of physical barriers identified through GPT prompts and field analysis.

Instructions:

  • Compile a list of 100 barriers per prompt (minimum of 10 prompts).
  • Categorize each barrier by type, such as:
    • Physical Space (e.g., narrow hallways, inaccessible restrooms)
    • Equipment (e.g., non-adjustable exam tables, high sinks)
    • Signage & Wayfinding (e.g., no braille signs)
    • Staff Training/Support (e.g., lack of disability etiquette training)
    • Parking/Transport (e.g., no curb cuts, distant parking)
    • Sensory Environment (e.g., flickering lights, loud noise)
  • Assign tags (e.g., mobility, sensory, visual, elderly) to aid search and filtering.
