How to Handle the SayPro NDA

🧾 1. Obtain the NDA Document

  • Request the NDA directly from your SayPro contact or coordinator
  • Or download it from the SayPro internal portal or onboarding system
    (Typically under: “Legal Documents” or “Compliance Forms”)

🖊 2. Review the NDA Thoroughly

Look for the following key elements:

  • 🔐 Definition of confidential information
  • 📅 Duration of the agreement (e.g., 1–3 years post-involvement)
  • 🚫 Clauses on information sharing, reproduction, or distribution
  • ✅ Your responsibilities and permitted disclosures
  • 📝 Signature lines for your name, date, and SayPro representative

If you have questions or concerns, you can:

  • Request clarification from the SayPro legal/admin team
  • Ask for a brief summary (I can help you analyze the content, if needed)

✍️ 3. Sign the NDA

  • Sign electronically (if it’s a digital form – e.g., PDF with fillable fields or via DocuSign)
  • Or print, sign, scan, and re-upload if it’s a manual document

Be sure to:

  • Use your full legal name
  • Add the correct date
  • Save it as: YourName_SayPro_NDA_Signed.pdf

📤 4. Submit the Signed NDA

  • Upload via SayPro’s portal (typically under “Onboarding Documents” or “HR Compliance”)
  • Or email it directly to your SayPro coordinator or legal contact
