SayPro Primary Responsibility: Participate in Virtual or In-Person Feedback Sessions Hosted by SayPro
Objective
To foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, all SayPro researchers, analysts, and contributors are expected to actively participate in virtual or in-person feedback sessions organized by SayPro. These sessions are designed to review research progress, assess data quality, refine methodologies, and align team efforts across departments and regions.
SayPro Key Responsibilities
- Attend Scheduled Feedback Sessions
- Participate in regularly scheduled feedback meetings, whether virtual (via Zoom, Teams, or SayPro platforms) or held in person at SayPro offices or regional hubs.
- Mark attendance as part of your official research responsibilities and ensure availability unless excused.
- Prepare for Each Session
- Review previous feedback notes and prepare updates on your assigned tasks, including:
- Topic extraction progress
- Data collection status
- Draft outputs or deliverables
- Challenges faced and questions for the team
- Bring documentation, reports, or presentations to support discussion.

- Engage in Constructive Dialogue
- Actively contribute to discussions by:
- Sharing insights, clarifications, or alternative approaches
- Providing feedback on peer work with professionalism and respect
- Asking questions to improve understanding or resolve issues

- Document and Act on Feedback
- Take notes during the session and record action items relevant to your responsibilities.
- Implement feedback provided by coordinators, reviewers, or peers in a timely manner.
- Submit any revised outputs or follow-up responses by the agreed deadline.
- Contribute to Organizational Learning
- Suggest improvements to research tools, prompts, templates, or workflows based on your experience.
- Help identify recurring issues or best practices to be shared across SayPro teams.
