SayPro Position Overview:
The Consumer Insight Research Analyst is responsible for using SayPro-defined GPT prompts to generate large-scale topic responses that reveal consumer preferences, behaviours, and priorities across key product and service categories. This role plays a critical part in supporting SayPro’s mission to harness AI-driven research tools for behavioural insight and product innovation.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prompt Execution & Data Extraction
- Use SayPro-approved GPT prompts to generate 100 high-quality topic responses per prompt.
- Ensure prompts are executed accurately and consistently across consumer domains such as skincare, food and beverage, technology, education, and more.
2. Insight Identification
- Analyze and categorize the GPT responses to identify patterns, priorities, and emerging trends.
- Distil large datasets into meaningful consumer insights that align with SayPro’s behavioural frameworks.
3. Thematic Reporting
- Summarize findings from GPT-generated data into thematic clusters (e.g., effectiveness, ingredients, safety, scent, packaging, affordability).
- Highlight key features consumers value most within product categories like skincare products.
4. Collaboration with Research Teams
- Coordinate with the Behavioural Research and Data Science teams to validate findings.
- Provide inputs for SayPro’s Behavioural Preference Index (BPI) and Feature Prioritization Engine (FPE).
5. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document all prompts, responses, findings, and insights in SayPro’s internal knowledge systems.
- Ensure all data is properly labeled, archived, and retrievable for future use and cross-comparison.
Sample Use Case Prompt:
Prompt: “What features do consumers value most in skincare products?”
Expected Output: 100 structured responses identifying features such as:
- Hydration
- Natural or organic ingredients
- SPF protection
- Anti-aging benefits
- Non-comedogenic properties
- Brand reputation

Analysts will be required to extract these types of insights across each of the 100 responses.
