SayPro Key Responsibilities:

Every SayPro employee or approved learner must:

1. Actively Participate in Research Activities, including:
   • Feedback surveys
   • Focus groups or interviews
   • Co-design or pilot sessions for new tools, programs, or features
2. Provide Honest, Constructive Input
   Share experiences, challenges, and suggestions to support product and program improvements.
3. Engage Respectfully and Ethically
   Participate in research in a respectful, confidential, and ethical manner, following SayPro’s data and participation guidelines.
4. Test New or Improved Tools or Processes
   Join structured test cycles or sandbox environments to evaluate SayPro’s evolving platforms or services.
5. Support a Culture of Continuous Learning and Improvement
   Embrace a mindset of reflection, innovation, and shared ownership of SayPro’s growth.
