SayPro Purpose of This Requirement

To ensure full legal, ethical, and operational compliance across all SayPro research initiatives, all employees participating in SayPro Research Projects—including under the SCRR-6 or any other SayPro Consumer Behaviour Analysis programs—are required to submit a signed copy of the SayPro Research Participation Agreement.

This document confirms the employee’s understanding of their roles, responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, and intellectual property terms associated with working under SayPro’s research framework.


SayPro Document Description: SayPro Research Participation Agreement

📌 What is it?

The SayPro Research Participation Agreement is a legally binding document between SayPro and the employee that outlines the terms of involvement in research projects conducted by the SayPro Research Division. It includes:

  • Roles and responsibilities during project execution
  • Data confidentiality and handling procedures
  • Compliance with ethical research standards
  • Use and ownership of research findings
  • Non-disclosure and data protection terms
  • Agreement to follow SayPro’s policies and research methodologies

  • Protects SayPro’s intellectual property and proprietary research systems
  • Ensures ethical and legal compliance during research activities
  • Enables smooth coordination between stakeholders, clients, and project staff
  • Required for onboarding onto any SCRR-6 or SayPro-led survey and research analysis initiative

SayPro How to Upload on the SayPro Website

To streamline document verification and recordkeeping, SayPro requires employees to upload the signed agreement via the SayPro Employee Portal.

Upload Instructions:

  1. Go to the SayPro Employee Portal and log in using your assigned credentials.
  2. Navigate to “My Profile”“Document Submission” section.
  3. Under “Upload Required Documents”, select “Research Participation Agreement” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the “Browse” button and upload the signed PDF file from your computer.
  5. Ensure the file follows the naming convention:
    📁 FirstName_LastName_ResearchAgreement.pdf
  6. Click “Upload” and wait for the confirmation message:
    Upload Successful – Document Pending HR Review
  7. You will receive an email from HR@saypro.org once your document has been reviewed and approved.
