SayPro Core Data Fields in the Framework

SayPro How to Input Your Data
Option 1: Manual (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Use the table format above as column headers.
- Input data row by row.
- Use dropdowns or data validation for fields like Gender, Verification, etc.
Option 2: Survey-to-Framework (Using Google Forms, KoboToolbox, or SayPro’s internal tools)
- Link form fields directly to the framework fields.
- Export as CSV or Excel, then import into SayPro’s central database.
SayPro Data Quality Tips
- Always verify that Respondent ID is unique.
- Ensure dates are in a consistent format (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Use coded values for quantitative fields (e.g., 1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).
- Clean text fields to avoid duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Use filters to quickly check for blank fields or anomalies.

- Upload to SayPro Research Drive → Folder: January 2025 – Input Data
- Confirm upload with your supervisor using the Task Log Sheet
