SayPro Primary Responsibility:

Conduct psychological behaviour analysis using established SayPro models and methodologies to understand, interpret, and predict human behaviour within various operational and research contexts.

SayPro Key Duties:

1. Apply SayPro Behavioural Models
   Utilize proprietary SayPro frameworks to analyse psychological variables such as motivation, perception, cognition, emotion, and decision-making processes in individuals and groups.
2. Design and Implement Research Studies
   Plan and execute behavioural studies, surveys, experiments, and field assessments aligned with SayPro standards and research protocols.
3. Collect and Interpret Data
   Gather qualitative and quantitative data on psychological and behavioural indicators, using interviews, questionnaires, observation, and analytics tools.
4. Generate Behavioural Insights
   Translate raw data into actionable insights that support program design, policy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement.
5. Produce Detailed Reports and Presentations
   Create comprehensive documentation of findings, including technical reports, executive summaries, and visual data presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaborate Across Teams
   Work closely with researchers, analysts, program managers, and strategists to integrate psychological insights into cross-functional projects and initiatives.
7. Ensure Ethical Research Practices
