SayPro Data Accuracy Collaboration Protocol
🎯 Objective:
Ensure all submitted data, insights, and classifications are verified for consistency, traceability, and alignment with SayPro’s Insight Quality Standards (IQS).
🔹 Step 1: Identify Data Sets for Verification
Choose datasets or output batches that require integrity checks, such as:
- GPT prompt outputs (weekly insight batches)
- Sentiment classification sheets
- Participant feedback logs
- Research summary briefs
- Taxonomy-tagged insights
🔹 Step 2: Schedule a Verification Session
Coordinate with:
📧 dataintegrity@saypro.online
or via internal portal: Staff → Teams → Data Integrity → “Request Review”
Include:
- Document/File Title
- Insight Batch Code or Week Range
- Type of Review Required (e.g., factual, tagging, duplication)
🔹 Step 3: Use SayPro Verification Checklist
During the session, confirm:
