SayPro Weekly Report Upload Guidelines
Objective:
To ensure timely sharing and accessibility of research findings, all SayPro members and researchers are required to upload their reports weekly via the SayPro online platform.
Instructions:
- Report Submission Frequency:
Upload completed research reports, data analyses, or progress summaries every week by Friday, 5:00 PM (local time). - Platform Access:
Access the SayPro report submission portal here:
www.saypro.online/reports-upload - File Format Requirements:
Accepted file formats: PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx).
File size limit: 25 MB per upload. - Report Naming Convention:
Use the following format for report file names:SayPro_[YourName]_[ProjectCode]_[YYYYMMDD].pdf
Example: SayPro_JDoe_SCRR15_20250604.pdf - Submission Confirmation:
After upload, ensure you receive an automated confirmation email. If not received within 10 minutes, re-upload or contact support. - Support:
