SayPro SCRR-6 Recording & Transcription Workflow
✅ 1. Log into the SayPro Research Portal
Go to the SayPro Research Platform (e.g., research.saypro.online
) and sign in with your assigned credentials.
Recommended Section:
🧩 SayPro > Research > SCRR-6: Interview Module
🎙️ 2. Start a New Interview Session
Under the SCRR-6 Interview Dashboard:
- Click “New Interview”
- Enter metadata:
- Interviewer name
- Segment / Region
- Interviewee profile (coded, anonymized ID)
- Topic pack used
- Consent confirmation (verbal/written)
📌 Consent checkbox must be ticked before recording begins.
🔴 3. Record the Interview
Click “Start Recording” (audio or video):
- Platform auto-uploads to SayPro SecureCloud
- Real-time timestamping is enabled
- Pause/resume and annotation tools are available
📋 Tip: You can tag moments live (e.g., emotional high point, trust breakdown) for later retrieval.
📝 4. Automatic Transcription
After recording:
- Click “Generate Transcript”
- The platform transcribes using SayPro GPT transcription engine
- Language support: English, isiZulu, Sesotho, Afrikaans, Xhosa, French (South Africa-based priority)
Each transcription:
- Is editable
- Time-stamped
- Links directly to key research codes (if tagged live)
🔍 5. Post-Interview Tagging & Notes
Before saving:
- Use the built-in SCRR-6 Note Panel to:
- Add behavioural tags (dropdowns: e.g., EMO-03, BARRIER-02)
- Mark key quotes
- Score emotional intensity (1–5)
Optional:
- Link to SayPro GPT prompt used
- Attach screenshots or interviewer comments
🗃️ 6. Export or Archive
You can:
- Export as
.txt
,.docx
, or.pdf
for reporting - Auto-link to SayPro Insight Dashboards (SCRR-1, SCRR-15, etc.)
- Archive securely with anonymized participant ID
