To enable SayPro members, researchers, field partners, and government stakeholders to submit evidence-based policy, legal, and programmatic recommendations through the SayPro platform for review, inclusion, and impact.
This ensures that locally driven insights and research are integrated into national and continental legislative cycles and shared via the SayPro Knowledge Hub.

✅ Government Departments and Municipal Units
✅ Verified Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)

🛠️ How to Submit – Step-by-Step
🧾 Step 1: Prepare Your Document
- Use SayPro templates where possible (download from the portal)
- Include:
- Title
- Date
- Author(s) or Organization
- Executive Summary (200–300 words)
- Main Content (with citations)
- Recommendations (clear, actionable)
- Supporting data or attachments (if any)
🌐 Step 2: Go to the Submission Portal

- Log in with your SayPro Member ID or Partner Code
📤 Step 3: Upload Your Submission
- Choose type of submission
- Upload file (.pdf, .docx, .xls accepted)
- Add metadata: tags, topic area, region, and keywords
✅ Step 4: Confirmation & Tracking
- Receive confirmation email with tracking number
- Access your submission dashboard to:
- Track review status
- Edit or update submission
- Receive feedback from SayPro reviewers
