To compile and communicate key findings from the January 2025 field observation deployment, incorporating data collected, analyzed, and synthesized through SayPro’s digital and AI-enhanced systems.
Key Activities:
🧾 Drafting Phase (Jan 26–29):
- Integrated weekly activity logs and observer notes
- Embedded insights from GPT-generated topics and consumer triggers
- Consolidated validated data from the SayPro portal
- Applied SayPro’s standardized reporting format:
- Executive summary
- Key behavioral trends
- Data highlights (foot traffic, engagement levels, demographic behavior)
- Visual dashboards and charts
- QA findings and observer feedback
- Recommendations for store layout and promotional strategies
📤 Submission Phase (Jan 30–31):
- Final draft reviewed by SayPro QA reviewers and Research Leads
- Report uploaded to the SayPro Research Portal
- Confirmation of receipt generated by the platform
- Email notifications sent to key stakeholders
