- 👥 Observers Deployed:
Trained SayPro-certified field staff, equipped with observation checklists and data collection tools - 📝 Primary Focus Areas:
- Foot traffic flow and dwell time
- Product engagement and interaction
- Purchase triggers and deterrents
- Impact of promotions and store layouts
- Behavioral patterns by demographic
- 📲 Data Handling:
- Real-time or end-of-day uploads via SayPro portal
- Validation and flagging by supervisors
- Weekly summaries compiled for analysis
