- Convert final documents into PDF format to preserve formatting.
- Name files clearly using SayPro’s naming conventions (e.g., “SayPro_ConsumerBehavior_Report_2025-06.pdf”).
Step 4: Log into SayPro Portal
- Access the SayPro research portal with your credentials.
- Navigate to the designated section for document submissions or research uploads.
Step 5: Upload Documentation
- Upload your finalized report and any supplementary files.
- Complete any required metadata fields (project title, researcher name, date, keywords).
- Review upload confirmation and ensure files are properly stored.
Step 6: Notify Stakeholders
