SayPro Proof of Address Submission

Provide proof of address dated within the last 3 months.

To verify residency and comply with SayPro’s administrative requirements, all participants, employees, or collaborators must submit a recent proof of address document. Acceptable documents include:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet)
• Bank statement
• Lease or rental agreement
• Official government correspondence (tax notice, council letter)

Submission Guidelines:

• The document must clearly show your full name and current residential address.
• The date on the document must be within the last 3 months from the submission date.
• Submit the document via SayPro’s secure upload portal or as directed by SayPro administration.
• All information will be treated with strict confidentiality in line with SayPro’s data protection policy.
