To maintain transparency, track project milestones, and facilitate timely decision-making, all SayPro team members are required to regularly update their work progress using the SayPro dashboard and feedback logging system.
Process Overview:
- SayPro Dashboard:
- Log key activities, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
- Upload relevant documents, datasets, or reports linked to your project.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverable statuses in real time.
- Feedback Logs:
- Document challenges, questions, and suggestions encountered during project implementation.
- Provide updates on how feedback from supervisors or stakeholders has been addressed.
- Record lessons learned or best practices for continuous improvement.
