1. Target Setting
   • Quarterly targets are collaboratively established by SayPro Research Royalty in consultation with relevant departments and project teams.
2. Data Collection
   • Regular collection of quantitative and qualitative progress data through standardized tools and reporting templates.
3. Performance Review
   • Monthly and quarterly performance reviews conducted by the Monitoring & Evaluation Unit in partnership with the Research Office.
4. Reporting
   • Preparation of progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
   • Dissemination to SayPro leadership, Research Royalty, and key stakeholders.
5. Feedback and Adjustment
   • Use of monitoring insights to inform strategic adjustments, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
