    1. SayPro Purpose

    5.SayPro Exceptions

    Confidential Information does not include information that:

    • Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party.
    • Was already known to the Receiving Party prior to disclosure by SayPro.
    • Is lawfully obtained from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation.

    6. SayPro Term

    This Agreement shall remain in effect for [duration, e.g., two years] from the date of signing, or until terminated by either party with [notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice. Obligations of confidentiality shall survive termination for a period of [e.g., 3 years].
